Margaret Audrey Mueller, 87, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on October 22, 2023, in Beaumont, Texas.

Born in Cement City, Michigan, on March 9, 1936, she was the daughter of Clarire Rathbun and Audrey Rathbun. Margaret was a long-time member of Turning Point Church in Adrian, Michigan for many years. She was everyone’s friend, mother, grandmother, advocate, and support. Margaret loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and adored her pets. One of the best memories is the trip she took to Graceland with her children. Margaret decorated her home with many kinds of flowers and always had Elvis playing. She showed love and kindness wherever she could and was the sweetest, kindest person you could have ever known. She was truly loved and will be deeply missed.


She is preceded in death by her husband John Mueller; her sons, John Mueller, Jr. and Eric Mueller; and her parents, Clarire Rathbun and Audrey Rathbun; her grandson, Daniel Mueller; her uncle, George Rathbun; her sister, Carroll Houghtelling; her brother; Vaughn Rathbun; and her nephew, Buddy Mason

She is survived by her children, Deloris Mueller, Daniel Mueller and wife Diana, David Mueller, Samuel Mueller, and Mark Mueller and wife Lisa; her nephew Harold Mason and wife Carol; her niece in law, Janice Mason; her 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.

Cremation will be held in the direction of Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home.
