Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, on September 24, 1959, she was the daughter of Gale Delbert Barr and Florence Lee (Snyder) Barr. Rita loved her family dearly especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Florence Barr.
She is survived by her children, Melissa Kaylor, Alexander Mosley, Jr., and Charlotte Evans; grandchildren, Alexis Mosley, Mikayla Evans, Jordan Evans, Dominique Barr, David Rivera, Daniel Valentin, Katelyn Lomnychuk, and Tadan Mosley; siblings, Debbie Green, Pamela Barr, Gale Barr, Jr. Fredrick Barr, and William Barr.
