Donna Hopkins, 77, of Kountze, TX, passed away on July 3, 2022, in Beaumont, TX.
Born in Rockwood, PA, she was the daughter of Donald and Ruth Ringer. Donna enjoyed a long career with Manpower before retiring and settling in to “country” life in her beloved little town of Kountze, TX. She was outgoing, with a love of cooking, gardening, and canning. She was a member of the Jefferson County Master Gardeners and enjoyed sharing her knowledge of vegetable gardening and canning with others. Donna also loved to travel, especially with her gal pals Shirley, Karen, and Edye, who originally met on a bowling team. She made an impact on many lives and will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, the love of her life, Henry Into, of Kountze, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Dennis Gleason, of Edmond, OK; grandchildren, Melissa Gleason Blanton (Michael), and Joshua Gleason; one great grandchild, Ezra Blanton; sister, Karen Miller (Jiggs); fur babies, Ruby Lee and Girly Mae.
