Winfred J. Leleux, 66, of Orange, Texas, passed away on March 1, 2020, at his home in Orange.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 6, 2020, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City, Texas.
Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on July 4, 1953, he was the son of Wilfred Leleux and Anna May Borque Leleux. He spent many years working for Hazmat Environmental as a Transportation Supervisor. Winfred enjoyed giving back to his community and was a member of the Bridge City Lions Club for 37 years. He loved his family dearly and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred and Anna Leleux; step-son, Kenneth Jester; and grandson, Dallas Lovette Jester.
Winfred is survived by his loving wife, Betty A. Leleux; children, Christopher John Leleux and wife Stephanie, of Orange, Misty Flannery and husband Donald, of Orange, Thomas Leleux and wife Jennifer, of Orange, Robert Glass and wife Jacqueline, of Sheboygan, WI, Anthony Glass, of Phoenix, AZ, Chris Jerral Jester and wife Krystal, of King George, VA, and Larissa Jester, of Orange; 17 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers, Dexter Leleux and baby brother and God child Michael Leleux, of Bridge City; and his very inspirational and loving Nanny, Evelyn Broussard, of Lacassine, LA; along with numerous other loving family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Bridge City Lions Club at P.O. Box 544, Bridge City, TX 77611.
