I first met this sweet lady 40 years ago. She took me in and taught me so much. I joined her family at age 19 and she always made me feel included. She protected me, took up for me, nurtured me and mostly just loved me. I was in her immediate family for almost 30 years and even though we may not have always agreed, I still felt her love. I will miss her more than words can say. I had the best in laws a girl could pray for. I so enjoyed staying g with her over the last year and returning some of the support she had given me over the past 40 years. It was an honor to know you and be taught by you. You showed me how to be a mom and wife. I only wish I had lived up to your example. I love you mom. Thanks for everything
