Shawnda Rae Day Bandeaux
Shawnda Rae Day Bandeaux, 38, of Vidor, Texas, passed away on April 7, 2016, in Beaumont, Texas.
Born in Shattuck, Oklahoma, on January 18, 1978, she was the daughter of Michael Lee Crase, Sr. and Sherry Lynn Greer (Dunkin). Shawnda loved God, her family, and life itself. She enjoyed hummingbirds, getting in the yard and playing with her boys and helping people. She will be greatly missed. She always loved being by her husband’s side no matter what.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents; and uncles.
She is survived by her mother; her husband, Joseph Bandeaux; children, Dustin Smith, Cody Smith, Taylor Day, and Ashley Frazier, all of Vidor; one granddaughter; brother, Michael Lee Chase, Jr. and wife Roberta, of Vidor; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor.

We sure miss you! Shawnda was an outgoing person, that loved & enjoyed helping others. No matter how she felt, she was there. She was always proud of her boys, and they're indivors. You were a little work horse. I wish it didn't take me so long to realize what a good friend you were. I miss our talks, and many laughs.

Shawnda was a beautiful person with a loving and caring spirit After I had retina surgery and I was unable to do any household chores, Shawnda came over and mopped, dusted and cleaned my entire house out of the goodness of Her heart.
