Norman Prince, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2026, in Conroe, TX. He was born on November 11, 1939.

Norman dedicated many years of his professional life as an Instrument Technician at DuPont before his well-deserved retirement. Outside of his work, he found great joy in the simple pleasures of life, often spending his time fishing or out on the golf course. He was affectionately known as "Grandpa" to his cherished grandchildren, a role he embraced with immense love and enthusiasm. He was also knicknamed "Stormin' Norman" by his family and friends. Many fond memories were made during the special vacations and trips he took with his grandchildren in his motorhome, creating lasting bonds and adventures.

Norman is survived by his loving wife, Ginger Prince; his sons, Mark Prince and wife, Danette, and Steven Prince and wife, Tina. He leaves behind his adored grandchildren, Jace Prince and wife, Leslie, Skylyn Mathews and husband, Kirk, and Haley Prince. He was also a proud great-grandfather to Forrest Prince, Emilia Prince, Sophia Prince, Kannon Mathews, and Avery Mathews. Norman is also survived by his brothers, Glen Prince and wife, Diane, and Ervin Prince and wife, Pam.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Percy and Theresa Prince; his son, Todd Prince; and brother Curtis Prince. Norman will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of life to honor Norman will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City with a visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m.
