Nancy June King
Nancy June King, 70, of Orange, Texas, passed away on March 23, 2023, in Houston, Texas.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Evergreen Cemetery in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Bobby Daniel.

Born in Fort Worth, Texas, on March 9, 1953, she was the daughter of Donovan King and Johnnie Mae (Helton) King. Nancy was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and enjoyed sending cards to church visitors and new members to welcome them, also to those who were ill or needed encouragements. She enjoyed volunteering at the church soup kitchen when it was open and giving back to her community. In her free time, she would do puzzles, make crafts, and even collected dolls when she could. She loved children dearly and made sure they knew that they were loved. Nancy was a wonderful lady and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her. She had a loving heart, that’s for sure!

She is preceded in death by her parents, Donovan and Johnnie King; and brother, Donovan W. King.

She is survived by her brother, John King and wife Iris; loved ones, Debbie Pachuca and husband Mike, Gloria Boiter husband Bill, Samantha Ziller, and Christine Touchette; as well as numerous loving friends.
