One of the sweetest days of my life when I discovered I had a whole family I knew about but didn’t know there were all mine. Michael Calvin Marshall was a first cousin. When I met him at the Marshall reunion it was as if we had known each other forever. He was smart, kind and loving and accepted me into the family unconditionally. From the first meeting in we were family. He sent me Christmas letters so I could learn about his family in Virginia. He was so proud of his family and loved you all so much. His last letter told of each of you but more about the great grandson, Lincoln. Oh what a sad day it was when he told Me he wouldn’t get to attend another reunion because he could no longer fly. I had hoped one day to travel to Virginia and look him up. Well, we are going to have another reunion one day that will never end. When we go met Michael in Heaven at our death or when Jesus comes to take us all to heaven for the greatest eternal reunion ever! Waiting until that day Michael!! See you later.
