Mary Beth Wilson, 67, of Orange, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 10th, 2021, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 17, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be her grandson, Pastor JC Copley. Entombment will follow at Autumn Oaks Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born June 16, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois, to Sue and Arch Cassity. Mary Beth was a wonderful woman, loving wife, faithful mother, caring grandmother and great grandmother. She connected with everyone she met on a personal level, whether it be a stranger she met by chance or someone she’d known for years. No matter who you were, she loved, welcomed, and cared for you. She will be deeply missed by all those she left an impact on.
Mary Beth was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Cassity; father, Arch Cassity; brother, David (Boo Boo) Cassity; sister-in-law, Lynn Wilson; and her aunt, Grace Morris, who was like a second mother to her.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted husband of 23 years, David Earl Wilson; her five children, Thomas Kalous of Chicago, Illinois, Douglas Kalous and wife Alex, of Lindenhurst, Illinois, Joseph Kalous and Fiancé Tiffani of Kingman, Arizona, Kimberly Gilliam of Orange, Texas and Jonathan Wilson and wife Rachelle of Mauriceville, Texas; thirteen grandchildren, Seth Walters, Jackie Hughes, JC Copley, Kelsey Kalous, Justin Kalous, Christopher Kalous, Joe Joe Kalous, Wesley Jellison, Hannah Gilliam, Brooke Kalous, Shelby Jellison, Julyssa Pesqueira, and Anna Pesqueira; two great grandchildren, Zarek Hughes and Emerson Walters; mother and father in law, Bill and Jeanette Wilson; sister in Law, Elsie Cassity; brother in laws, Danny Wilson and wife Lisa, Mike Wilson, Greg Wilson and wife Christi; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other treasured family members and friends.

You will be missed Aunt Mary Beth we loved you very much and will miss you. My funniest memory was when you walked into our bathroom in Chicago and our cat Reggie was in the sink asleep and he starred at you like I dare you to move me and you left him alone.
