I was sorry to hear about Mary’s passing. We played music together for a few years in Sulphur, LA. She was one of the first people to welcome me in the group. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Mrs. Bertrand was my 4th grade teacher. She was a good teacher. I remember that she and Mrs. Manley shared tea and if you were chosen to go get her glass filled you felt like you won the lottery. Great memories from that year. Prayers for her family.
