Marjorie Grace Lewis, 86, of Orange, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at The Meadows in Orange.

A Graveside Service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 2014, at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in Orange Officiating will be Reverend Jeff Bell, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Port Acres.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Sunday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.

Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana on January 12, 1928, Marjorie was the daughter of Ranzy Cady, Sr. and Irene (Sarver) Cady. She worked as a switchboard operator at Monroe Answering Service. Marjorie was a member of Cove Baptist Church and the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Mack A. Lewis, daughter, Judy Elaine McMillion; granddaughter, Sarah Nichole Patten; brother, Ranzy Cady; and sister, Vernell Walters.

Marjorie is survived by her daughters, Brenda Smalley of Bridge City, Lisa Fowler and husband, Stephen of Bridge City; eight grandchildren, Jason Smalley, Josh Smalley, Melissa McMillion, Will McMillion, Jesse McMillion, Nancy Blanchard, Olivia Fowler, Hayden Fowler; sixteen great-grandchildren; brother, William Cady; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff at The Meadows and the Professional Healthcare Hospice for their love and care during this time.
