Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on December 12, 1930, he was the son of Paul Sullie LeBlanc, Sr. and Ina Wilma (Roberts). A loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Lee had the greatest sense of humor and never met a stranger. Being a hard worker Lee worked for many years as a shipping clerk at B.F. Goodrich, and he also worked as a cement finisher part time. Lee was known as the Family Record Keeper, keeping journals and photographs with all the dates and people’s names on them. Lee served proudly in the United States Marines. He also enjoyed drawing and helped with the Veteran’s Memorials in Vidor and at the Veteran’s Memorial Park in Port Arthur. Lee was also a firm believer, and his heart was with God and wanted to make sure everyone else was ready. He will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, S. Ann LeBlanc; daughters, Tammy LeBlanc Caillouet, Missy Ivey and husband Ben, Tracy Fairall and husband Butch; 8 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

I remember that new gold Chevy Impala with a handsome young man driving up in the parking lot to pick up his new girl friend my sweet cousin , Ann. The rest is history. What a long and loving marriage. I know he will be missed by many.
