Here’s a picture that I took of you at Momma’s house.

Laura, yesterday, March 4, was your birthday. I thought about you all day long. I miss you a lot. There’s nobody to get in trouble with since you are gone. I am so sorry that some of our family didn’t try to get to know you better. Thank you for loving Gary so much. I wish you would have taught me your favorite recipes before you passed. I remember taking you back and forth to Galveston and me threatening to throw you off of the ferry. You told me that you would tell Momma on me and I knew that she would believe you. I hope you are fishing with Gary in Heaven. You know…….Jesus was a fisherman, too. Love you, Sister

Laura, you were the best sister-in-law and I loved that you always called me “Sister”. You were so good to Momma and Daddy. When I was taking you back and forth for cancer treatment, I enjoyed riding the ferry and talking other you. Thank you for loving my brother, Gary. He died 7 months after you.
