I am blessed to have known JoAn Jacobs. She was a very loving, compassionate, wonderful, caring person. When we first met, I knew she was the kind of "Granny" that every woman should grow up to be. When I was in Texas, she went out of her way to make sure that I, a total stranger, was safe and comfortable during my visit. There will never be anyone like her again in my life. She will be missed.

Oh, Clifton, my deepest sympathy for your loss, my friend. I see now where all your athleticism is inherited from! Your mother, JoAn, is a beautiful amazing spirit and she lives on forever in the hearts of all those lucky enough to have known and love her. Praying strength for you and your family as you all now work out living in this world without "Grandma Jo" by your side ...know she's always there with you, inside. God's peace and love to you, always- Kimberly Sue White
