Jeanne Renee Hofford, loving wife, mother, and friend to so many, passed away Friday, March 19, 2021 at the age of 67 after a hard-fought battle with COVID-19.
A long-time resident of Hartburg and Orange, Texas, Jeanne was born on June 24th, 1954 in DeQuincy, Louisiana to George Joseph Pard and Jimmie Lola Jacobs. She is preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Charles Westley Hofford. She is survived by her loving stepfather, Peter Ellis Jacobs, her two sons, Tony and Christopher Hofford, as well as her sisters, Jackie Stamps and Sarah Cline, and her brothers Michael, Joseph, and Chris Pard. Her memory will also be cherished by a multitude of nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Jeanne will be remembered for her infectious laugh, her knack for doling out perfect pearls of wisdom, and her well-known love of cats and The Monkees.
A Celebration of Life service in Jeanne’s memory will be held on Saturday, April 10th at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange from 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

Aunt Jeanne was my moms running buddy, those two were always up to no good. :wink: She will be greatly missed!!! We love you all so much and we are so sorry for the loss of such a beautiful person.
