Jason Lynn Krustchinsky, 39, of Ellinger, passed away on December 28, 2014.
A memorial service will be 11:00am, Thursday, January 8, 2015, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Visitation will begin at 10:00am, Thursday prior to the service.
Born in Pasadena, Texas, on February 21, 1975, he was the son of Robert Lee Krustchinsky and Jo Ann (Halliburton) Krustchinsky. Jason was a member of St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church in Houston, and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He loved to hunt and fish, and he loved the Cowboys. Jason was a good man who will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Krustchinsky.
Jason is survived by his mother, Jo Ann Krustchinsky; son, Ryan Krustchinsky; and his triplets, Blake Krustchinsky, Sara Krustchinsky, and Lauren Krustchinsky. He is also survived by his brothers, Jerry Krustchinsky and Bobby “B.J.” Krustchinsky.
Cremation arrangements under the direction of Claybar Haven of Rest Crematory.

We had the honor to have Jason in our lives for 5 plus years, Jason was a sweet,caring, honest person . We have so many great funny memories with him from fishing to him just hanging out watching the Cowboys game ,the one i (sylvia)did not get to experience was the one were Brent and Jason got the matching ink :).
