Jacqueline “Jackie” Marie Steele
Jackie Steele, 81, of Orange, Texas, passed away on November 5, 2019, at her home.

Born in Louisiana, on, January 18, 1938, she was the daughter of Sidney Richard and Hilda (Cormier) Richard.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Hilda Richard. Jackie was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Orange. She has traveled and lived wonderful years in many different places. No matter where she went Charles was always by her side and she loved spending time with him. Jackie will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Jackie is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Rex “Charles” Steele; children, Marion Jean Raymer, of West Orange, and Rex Steele, Jr., of West Texas; her grandchildren; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Cremation is under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
