Frank William Skeeler, 72, of Orange, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Rosary will be recited Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 9:45 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Orange, Texas. Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00 a.m. Officiating will be Reverend Antony Paulose. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Orange, Texas.
Frank was born in Orange, Texas, on January 10, 1951, to Matthew J. Skeeler and Esther Pettway-Skeeler. He was self employed in the lawncare business.
Mr. Skeeler was preceded in death by his parents & his brother, John M. Skeeler.
He is survived by his sister, Karrell Dianna Skeeler-Harris & her husband Harry Harris, Jr. of Bandera, Texas, along with numerous cousins & lifelong friends.
The family is grateful to the following pallbearers: Don Lightfoot, Donald Lightfoot, Jr, Carl Lightfoot, Jackie Caillier, Ralph Caillier & Bobby Payne. Honorary pallbearer is Dale Dardeau.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Alzheimer’s Association of Houston & Southeast Texas or the charity of your choice.

As children, we had so much fun visiting our cousins John, Diana, and Frank. Frank was a nature child, befriending all the animals. As an adult, especially after his brother John and his father Matthew passed, Frank devoted many years to the care of his mom. I have always admired him for his devotion to her.
