Always enjoyed seeing Francis pull up to our Agency. I don't think she liked me very much at first, had to get to know me I suppose. She would always stay and visit, and give my Boss Rick a hard time, in a playful sort of way. We're going to miss that. RIP Francis. Our prayers for the family.
