Floyd will be missed so very much. He has always been my special big brother. We have had a great friendship with Floyd as long as I can remember. One of Floyd's co-workers paid him a tribute that cannot be topped. She said he loved his God and God's people. That was the Floyd I knew as well. He was my friend and I treasured all his messages and updates.

Floyd was one of my first deputies when I took office in 1997. Floyd was more than just a deputy, he was my friend. I will always remember Floyd as one of my best friends. I pray that God will bless Floyd's family and friends as only He can.

Floyd made me and my children feel safe and cared about during some very difficult times in my life. He and Rusty are the kindest most thoughtful friends and one could have. Floyd was a great example for Christian love and the gift of gab.I guess GOD knew he would use it well. love cathy and ray
