Obituary
Ellen Margaret Hickman, 51, of Orange, passed away on November 10, 2022, at St. Elizabeth in Beaumont.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday 16, 2022, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange. Officiating will be Brother Donald Ray Frazier.
A gathering will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday November 16, 2022, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 6, 1971, she was the daughter of Elmer Lee Hamor and Helen Marie Hamor. Ellen adored her grandbabies. She enjoyed spending all her time with her family and friends. Ellen was so kind to everyone. She also enjoyed going fishing, and sometimes brought her family along with her. Ellen will be deeply missed by all those who got to know this wonderful woman.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Homer.
She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Joseph Wade Hickman; father, Elmer Homer; sons, Mathew Hickman and wife Danielle, Joshua Hickman, and Shawn Hickman; daughter, Kristin Hickman and fiancé Louis Statum; grandchildren, Paisley, Gunner, Kyndall, Brantley, Lyra, Haven, and Penelope; sisters, Denise and Sherry; close family friend Mike Phillips; and other loving family and friends.
