Dear Eddie, Carolyn, Debbie, Phyllis, Sharon and Jim, What a wonderful man your father was- My Uncle Ed. He loved his family- his wife and children, and his larger Shaw family, including all of us nieces and nephews. George and I so enjoyed our last visit to see him, spending time with him, Eddie and Annette, Debbie, Carolyn, Sharon, and Jim. I loved hearing all the memories he shared with us during that visit, and really anytime we talked. I remember also how he was so loved by my mom, who spoke with him often. I know your mother and my mother and all of his sisters are so happy to have him back with them in Heaven. We love you all and are keeping you in our prayers, Mary and Tom

All of the staff at Larry's French Market will always cherish a lot of wonderful memories with Mr. Edward. He visited us on Thursdays for lunch and Saturday's for dinner with a smile, and always a big bag of grapefruit and lemons for all to share and enjoy! He loved fried catfish and a good conversation. I want to say "Thank You" to his children for always being so kind and sharing him with us. He will truly be missed by us all. We are so sorry for your loss and May God Bless you all. Gail Anniboli and everybody at Larry's

I spent many Happy years playing and spending the night at the Shaw house with Debbie, Carolyn and Phyllis in the 1960's. Mr. Shaw was a quiet man who went to work and Mrs. Shaw took care of the kids. I still talked to them sometimes in their later years. Sorry for your loss.
