Dora Cooley Ogden, 98, of Winnie, Texas passed away on November 27, 2014, at Harbor Hospice.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home.
Born in Ragley, Louisiana, on April 12, 1916, she was the daughter of Sterling Albert Cooley and Mollie Cagle Cooley. Dora was a former member of the Eastern Star and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers and sisters and husband, James Ivy Ogden.
She is survived by her sons, E.J. Ogden and wife, Hazel of Bryan, Texas and Wyman Ogden of Orange; daughter, Lana Ogden Bertrand and husband, Benny of Winnie; grandchildren, Sunshine Ogden, Kyle Ogden, Christy Ogden, Brandon Snyder, Shannon Helton, Amber Whitehead, Ivie-Jo Bertrand and Zack Bertrand; seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren
Serving as pallbearers will be Wayne Ogden, Wyman Ogden, Brandon Snyder, Monard Barrow, Zack Helton, Kyle Ogden and Richard Cooley.

I called her "Mama Ogden" because she was like a second mama to me growing up in Orange. Loved to sit and talk with her in her later years about her grandchildren. Mama Ogden loved Everybody and was kind to all. May she enjoy the reunion with loved ones gone ahead and bask in the glory and treasure of Jesus himself as he welcomes her to Heaven.
