when Johnny mack and I bought our first house in Orange, Texas on Allie Payne Road, we never dreamed that Joyce and Delbert Risinger were going to be our neighbors, and that they also were from Shelby County, Texas, much less that Delberts mother was a Wilburn and that we were distant cuz! What a wonderful blessing......our 3 children and their 4 children grew up together as friends and Joyce and Delbert meant the world to us.....we of course, got together with other friends and played the guitar and sang, went out to eat....solved all the problems of the world over coffee.. Joyce could make the most beautiful dresses for Annette, and I don't think there was anything Delbert couldn't "fix"......we were ther for each other when our children married, during the death of our precious ones, and on a lighter note, we all Loved George Jones......I promise, Delbert could sing just like him...I miss them....My heart aches.....Yes, they are home now with our Lord.....These two people made a difference in our lives and their light shines on in their children and grandchildren.....God Bless and comfort you all.....we loved them and you and lift you all up to our Lord.......You children were a blessing to your parents as well as the grandkids, who they adored.
