Cullen Robert Mann
Cullen “Catfish” Robert Mann, beloved son, father, brother, nephew, and friend, of Mauriceville, was taken too soon from this world on May 17, 2017.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 21, 2017, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Delphyn Meeks of St. Maurice Catholic Church in Mauriceville. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Beaumont, Texas, on July 13, 1992, he was the son of Robert Mann and Lynn Myers Mann. Cullen was a hard worker, was very funny, and loved to be with his family. His contagious smile, kind-heartedness, and rough and tough demeanor will be missed by all.
He left behind his two beautiful children, Chloe, who is three years old, and Zaxon, who is two years old; parents, Robert and Lynn Mann; brothers, Clint Mann and wife Tara, and Chase Quaid; and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Serving as pallbearers will be Clint Mann, John Dugan Myers, Steven Skinner, Chase Quaid, Justin King, and Damain Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cullen’s children at Five Point Credit Union, 715 Texas Ave. # A Bridge City, Texas 77611, account number, 2658724 .

Robert, Lynn, Tara & Clint, and all the family and friends of Cullen, we send our heartfelt love and prayers. Time like these are the hardest moments in life's journey. Though we all know one day we will all face our eternal destiny, we are never truly prepared. If we could take your pain and heartache away, we would do it in a instant. God's will is not ours. We are here if you need anything, or if you need nothing. If you simply want to sit and say nothing...we are here. When my mother was dying with cancer in 1992, it broke my heart to watch her suffer. I had friends that were praying for her and one asked God for a sign that all was going to be fine, she opened her bible and this was the page her bible opened to. It is a scripture dear to my heart. I pray it brings you some peace. I had the honor of being Cullen's 5th grade teacher . Cullen was so smart, kind and funny ! What a joy to see his huge smile and gentle hug each day . In his adult years, Cullen still gave me that gentle hugs , a huge smile and a genuine , " how are you doing , Mrs. Martin?" His hugs and generous demeanor will and already missed !
