I did not know Ms. Free. I was viewing obituaries , looking for information on a young man's passing in Orange. Earlier today I was going through boxed letters,etc. and I found and article dated 3/5/99 from The Record Newspapers submitted by Skipper Free and 2 other individuals. The article was about Cinco de Mayo, Remembering Orange County's Hispanic heritage. Ms Free spoke about the many hispanic people she knew and how they influenced her life. My family was part of those families she mentioned in her article. I want to offer my condolences to her loved ones. Again, I did not get to meet her, and that was my loss. Rest in Peace..
