Billy Kibodeaux
It is with great sadness that the family of Billy Kibodeaux announce his sudden passing on Sunday, October 9, 2021, at the age of 48.
Billy will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 24 years, Amanda Kibodeaux of Amarillo; children, Hayley Kibodeaux of Bridge City, Ashley Kibodeaux of Bryan, Whitney Kibodeaux of Amarillo, and Josiah Kibodeaux of Amarillo. Billy is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Kibodeaux. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Linda Posey, brothers, Daniel Kibodeaux, Richard Kibodeaux, sister, Enjoli Kibodeaux and sister-in-law, Angie Powell, as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Billy Josiah Kibodeaux was born in Galveston Texas on August 10th, 1973. Billy graduated from Orangefield High School in 1992. He had a great passion for football and was a running back for Orangefield High School. Billy was in the criminal justice field for 27 years, working for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Billy will be greatly missed by many who knew him.
A Celebration of Billy Kibodeaux’s life will be held at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange, Texas on Saturday, October 30th, 2021, from 10 am to 12 pm.
