Billy Paul Hilton

1983 ∼ 2026

Billy Paul Hilton

Billy Paul Hilton, a man with a big and vibrant personality who could command a room the moment he walked into it, passed away on July 11, 2026. He leaves behind a legacy of music, warmth, and unforgettable presence that touched everyone who knew him.

Billy was an extraordinarily talented musician, entirely self-taught, who could pick up nearly any instrument and make it sing. He was a natural born entertainer, the kind of person whose presence alone could light up a room. He knew a little about a lot, and what he did know, he knew well — Billy was an extremely intelligent man whose curiosity and knowledge showed in every conversation.

He built a long-standing and successful career in the car business, where his charisma and sharp mind served him well. Away from work, Billy loved golf, a passion he shared with his grandfather and namesake in spirit, Billy Bishop. His favorite pastime was riding around town listening to his favorite music with his daughter, Kynlee.

But above all, Billy was a man who loved fiercely. When he loved you, he loved you hard — fully, loyally, and without reservation. That love is the truest measure of the life he lived and the hole his passing leaves behind.

Billy is survived by his wife, Keri Hilton; his daughter, Mckynlee Hilton; his parents, Greg and Cindy Hilton; his sister, Mary Matherne (Hunter); his grandmother, Sandra Williams; and many nieces, cousins, aunts, and uncles who loved him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy Bishop, and his grandparents, Troy and Ann Hilton.

Billy’s music, his humor, his knowledge, and his enormous heart will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in every song he taught himself to play, every room he lit up, and every person he loved hard.
