She was preceded in death by her husband.

Billie was a special person - she lived her life for her husband and family, but also was helpful and encouraging to others she met. I include a message that helped me this past year on the loss of my husband. Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us every day, Unseen, unheard, but always near, Still loved, still missed, and very dear. You will be in my thoughts today as you lay Billie to rest.
