I was so honored to have known Ms Betty she raised a wonderful son who is engaged to my daughter Christin. Ms Betty was a wonderful grandmother to our grandchildren Macie and Taylor loving them like her own and they loved her so. I am so blessed that my daughter and Kurt found one another he is a wonderful father to my grandaughters. Kurt reflects the nurturing love, kindness and compassion that his mother so graciously gave him. I pray for peace for all of the family that God will comfort your hearts during this time of honoring her memory. Love Zane and Susie Carter

I am grateful to my mother for showing me the way to approach and embrace life. She modeled compassion and love timelessly. I am grateful for her greatest gift of all...she taught me the true meaning of love. Mom's positive attitude and devotion to family was evident throughout my life.
I held her until the end. She passed as she lived her life; protecting and shielding me from pain with incredible grace and dignity.
Mom you were always my "Angel" and I was blessed to have you.
I am so grateful for the privilege to say that I am the proud son of Betty Jean......

Betty and Hunter are two of our very best friends . Betty was kind, generous, loving and supportive to my complete family. They loved her too. Betty had a quiet but definite presence. A good listener always to me and others. She will still be with us in spirit always. Most assuredly her soul when straight to heaven. She was my very best friend and I loved her like a sister.
