Obituary
Andrew Scott Stacey, 50, of Orange, Texas, passed away on February 12, 2020, in Beaumont, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Brandon Stacey.
Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, on October 28, 1969, he was the son of Bob Stacey and Shirley Jennings Stacey. He was a long-time member of the American Legion in Orange. One of Andrew’s greatest joys in life was cooking for his wife. He also enjoyed spending his spare time playing pool and watching his favorite TV shows. Andrew loved his family dearly, was a bright light in many people’s lives, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Stacey.
Andrew is survived by his loving wife, Ruby Stacey; mother, Shirley Stacey; children, Maria Stacey, of Indianapolis, IN, Kristian Freeman and spouse Darryl Evans, of Orange, Slade Swinburn, of Orange, and Colbey Swinburn, of Orange; 8 grandchildren; siblings, Robert Stacey and wife Robin, of Orange, Michael Stacey and wife Kristi, of College Station, and Ingacio Almaguer and wife Melinda, of Mauriceville; sisters-in-law, Lisa, Susan, Regina, Inez, and Angela; along with numerous other loving family and friends.
