Allen Joseph Hilliard, 63, of Orange, Texas, passed away on May 27, 2018, in Webster, Texas.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 1, 2018, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Burial will follow at Orange Forest Lawn in Orange.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born on January 16, 1955, he was the son of Ellis and Beatrice Hilliard. Allen retired after 32 years of working as an operator for Orange Country Road and Bridge. He was an avid fisherman and great family man. Allen will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Francis Hilliard, his parents, Ellis and Beatrice Hilliard of Orange; and his two brothers.
He is survived by his children, Luke Hilliard of Santa Fe, Elizabeth Klein and husband Paul of Mauriceville, Franny Riley of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Amanda Verdine and husband Jamie of Orange, and Terry Schexnider of Beaumont; and his grandchildren, Beau Allen Hilliard, Jazmine Schexnider, Faith Schexnider, and Karson Schexnider.
