He purchased hot meals for the homeless standing on street corners, rescued many homeless animals, and gave of his time and treasure to those in need. Richard was a beloved son, devoted brother, cherished uncle and loyal friend, who was well respected and admired by everyone and he will forever be loved and missed by all who knew him.

He worked over 50 years in the Construction and Industrial fields as a Master Piping Designer, retiring from Arlanxeo Elastomers of Orange, Texas in 2020.

Richard had a deep love for animals, working on old cars and trucks, and an amazing work ethic.

Richard was an extraordinary person, a devoted and faithful husband, a nurturing ‘Dade’ and doting Poppi.

Richard showed unwavering strength, courage, and commitment during his life’s battles and all throughout his life.
