Nikki Michelle Whitehead, 46, of Nederland, Texas, passed away on May 21, 2025.

Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on August 17, 1978, she was the daughter of Herbert Whitehead and Charlotte Whitehead Cammack. Nikki treasured her family above all else, finding immense joy in the moments shared with them. Her children were the light of her life, and she dedicated herself to nurturing and supporting them in every way possible. The love she had for her family was palpable, and it radiated through her actions and warm presence. A cherished member of First Christian Church in Port Arthur, Nikki found solace and strength within her faith. Her commitment to her church community was noteworthy, as she participated actively in various church activities and embraced fellowship with her fellow congregants. Beyond her devotion to family and faith, Nikki had a vibrant personality that shone through her interests. She was an avid fan of WWE wrestling, enjoying the excitement and drama that the sport brought into her life. Nikki's enthusiasm for wrestling often sparked lively conversations and camaraderie with fellow fans, making her a joy to be around. Nikki Michelle Whitehead will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love for her children and family. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her, forever leaving an imprint on their lives.

She is preceded in death by her father, Herbert Hoover Whitehead, Jr.; her grandmother, Betty Whitehead; her grandfather, Billy Glen Turner and her uncle, Michael Darby.

She is survived by her mother, Charlotte Whitehead Cammack, and her husband Pete Cammack; her daughter, Annah Michelle Newsome and her husband, George Michael Newsome, Jr.; her son, Rocky Whitehead and his girlfriend, Amy Carldera; her siblings, Shane Whitehead, Jeremy Whitehead, Shalea Whitehead and her boyfriend, Tim Barnes, and Chantelle MacCallum and her wife, Arielle MacCallum; her grandmother, Beverly Turner; her aunt, Vicky Darby; and numerous other loving family members and friends.

Cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
