Frank Prothro Greenlees

Frank Prothro Greenlees, 74, of Bridge City, Texas, passed away on December 21, 2025, at Memorial Herman in Woodlands, Texas.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.

Visitation will begin prior to the service at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, January 4, 2026, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.

Born in Poteet, Texas, on July 6, 1951, he was the son of Clyde Sydney Greenlees, Sr. and Edna Merle Greenlees. Pro received a Business Degree from SWTX State and had a very diversified career. He lived in Austin, Texas for over 40 years. With his last employment being with the Amazon Distribution Center in Houston. Growing up in Natalia, Devine, Freer, Premont, and Victoria, thanks to the Shell Oil Company, the company his Dad worked for, Pro was able to make friends in lots of different places. He was loved by his family and friends and was devoted to making you happy and laugh. When Pro heard Music, he would be the first to get up and start dancing to get the party started. He loved being around family and loved fishing. But his greatest love was sports, especially Texas sports teams. Pro was a devoted fan and loved the Longhorns overall. He will always be remembered as a great friend and family member, loved by all who knew him and will be in our hearts forever.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Edna Merle Greenlees; father, Clyde Sydney Greenlees, Sr.; and brother, Clyde Sydney Greenlees, Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Mobley Greenlees; children, Jessica Bumann and husband Brian, Alex Mobley and wife Ashley; brother, Joe Frank Greenlees, Sr. and wife Debbie; sister, Billie Merle Barton and husband Sam; and serval nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

Cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
