Darlene Faye Bray, 86, of Orange, Texas, passed away on July 28, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 3, 2025 at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Pastor Doug Bray. Burial will follow at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Orange.

Visitation will begin prior to the service at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, August 3, 2025 at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on January 7, 1939, Darlene was the daughter of Elmer Floyd White and Nola Faye (Bettis) White. Darlene dedicated 25 years of her life as the Manager over Soft Goods at Gibsons, a job she loved. In addition to her career, she served as a caregiver for home health always showing kindness and compassion to those in need. To her family and friends, she was fondly known as "Grandma Darlene." She had a selfless nature, always putting the needs of her loved ones before her own, committed to boosting them up and supporting them in every way she could. Darlene liked to keep busy and enjoyed various activities, including playing bingo, card games, and watching the Game Show Channel. Her warmth and dedication will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Tommy Bray; parents, Elmer and Nola White; daughter, Sabrina Hill; grandson, Conner King; sister, Sharon Muldoon; and brother, Dennis White.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Becky Flurry and husband Rufus, and Renee Martin; grandchildren, Deana King, Lewis Hill, Tommy Martin and wife Erica, Kristin Hall and husband TJ, and Karli Horne and husband Jimmy; seven great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren and one on the way; brother, Larry White and wife Lorraine (Pete); sister, Carla White; and other loving family and friends.

Serving as pallbearers are Rufus Flurry, Tommy Martin, Lewis Hill, Jimmy Horne, Tyler Barnes, and Seth Eubanks.
