Myrna Dee Ross, 81, of Bridge City, passed away on September 16, 2021, in Groves.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday, September 20, at Claybar Funeral Home Bridge City.

Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on November 25, 1939, she was the daughter of Nemon Tibbitts and Audrey (Roberts) Tibbitts. Myrna was a stay at home mom who enjoyed taking care of her children. She was a devout Christian and faithful member of First Assembly of God in Bridge City. Myrna also know as “Gammy/ GeGe” to her beloved grandbabies was a wonderful cook and enjoyed shopping in her spare time. She left an impact on many lives and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nemon and Audrey Tibbitts; and husband, John Ross.

She is survived by her children, Sherry Everett and husband Phillip, Sandy Krudop and husband Jerry, and Stephen Force; grandchildren, Kelly Rhodes and husband Scoot, Justin Krudop and wife Christina, Kristin Russell and husband Mark, Lindsey Vollmer and husband Sebastian, and Lacey Force; great grandchildren, Jaylin Hock, Jackson Cobb, Major Russell, Blaire Russell, Anabelle Vollmer, Lucas Vollmer, and Noah Vollmer; as well as her siblings, Doyle Tibbitts and wife Karen and Donna Childress and husband Tommy.
