Mary Ann Baker, 60, of Port Arthur, passed away on June 29, 2021 in Beaumont.
Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on September 7, 1960, she was the daughter of Edward Baker, Jr. and Erma Lee (Hurts) Baker. Mary Ann went to college and obtained her LVN degree and later went to work at St. Mary Hospital where she gave her services for 25 years. She was a loving mother, and grandmother, and will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Erma Baker.
She is survived by her son, Matthew Jerome Parker, Jr.; brother, Davide Baker and wife Patricia; grandchildren, Jaidyn Jamar Parker, Kingston Jeron Parker, and Kameron Jerome Parker; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
The family wishes to acknowledge, with grateful appreciation, the care provided to Mary Ann by her nephew, Kenneth Hill.
Cremation will be under the care of Claybar Funeral Home.
