John Glen Longmire, 53, of Orange, passed away on September 5, 2020, in Orange.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, on May 12, 1967, he was the son of Glen Longmire and Linda (Surrett) Longmire. John was a construction worker for many years. He was very active and enjoyed going fishing and working on cars. John adored his family very much and loved spending time with them. He left an impact on many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Glen and Linda Longmire; long time wife, Kathy Lee Longmire; children, Gary Smith-Longmire and wife Brooke, Johnathon Longmire and wife Nicole, Justin Longmire, and his fur babies Tazz and Gen Gen; grandchildren, Zane and Saylor Smith; siblings, Tammy Shrom and husband John and Bridgette Ham and husband Lonnie.
Cremation will be under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home.
