She lived a life of love and hope. Gloria’ life was full of friends and family and she was always the one people would say “She is the sweetest person” she was one to impact your life with love and sweetness.

Starting at a young age she was an avid reader getting lost in her books the stories and the freedom they brought to her. It was also her way of getting alone because she had many siblings to keep her occupied.

She entered the medical field as a Medical Coder at the young age of 15 at Tyler County Hospital and remained in the field until 2008.

Many achievements in life including 4 degrees while working a full-time job. Creating the first Cancer Registry in the US.

In 2008 she gave it all up to take care of her mother after her mother had multiple strokes, this is the type of person she was always giving of herself above her own needs. 2009 she moved to Beaumont to be near her sister & brother in law. She became an office clerk at Forest Hollow Mobile Home Community where she became every tenants friend, and go to person, it didn’t take long before she was office manager, 2017 she started her journey with multiple sicknesses and partial blindness, but always remained the Best Aunt in the world and the Best Sister to all she knew, even when she wasn’t feeling well.

Her journey in this life ended February 16, 2020 leaving many family and friends behind as she Journeyed to her Heavenly Home where she was preceded in death by her Mother Dorothy Joseph, Grand Mother Zula Carr, Grand Father George Carr, Nephew Chad Prince, Niece April Bates and many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
