Born in Orange, Texas, on October 24, 1957, he was the son of Sidney Lee Kibodeaux and JoAnn (Ousley) Kibodeaux. Gary was the most loving, unselfish and generous man his family knew. He was a man of few words, but when he spoke, you listened, taking account of every important word that graced his lips. He was lovingly known as “Uncle” to his family and will be deeply missed by all those who came to know and love him over the years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and JoAnn Kibodeaux; and brother, Sidney Lee Kibodeaux, Jr.

He is survived by his siblings, Lesa Riley and husband Patrick, Robert Kibodeaux and wife Loretta, and Dona Rach and husband Gerald; nieces, Kim Vogt and husband Jarrod and LeeAnn Kibodeaux; nephews, Justin Riley, Jared Hutchison and wife Sarai and Lane Rach; great niece, Shelby Vogt; great nephews, Jacob Vogt and Colton Hutchison; uncle and aunt, Tim and Paula Ousley; cousins, Brian Ousley and wife Anna, Steven Ousley and wife Amy, Tommy Miles and wife Christy, and Barbara Hickey and wife Ilynn; and Godchildren, Kim Vogt, Jared Hutchison, Jade Ousley and Cheri Haley; along with numerous other family members who loved him dearly.
