Flora "Steen" Jacobs

Steen Jacobs, 72, of Orange, passed away on March 24, 2020, at Focused Care.
Born in Jasper, Texas on February 18, 1948, she was the daughter of John Bouitt and Beatrice (Silas) Blouitt.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Beatrice Blouitt. Steen enjoyed riding around looking at the scenery, walking, and talking to friends. She loved to dance and would eat just about anything you gave her. Steen was a loving mother and friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her son, Reginald Blouitt of Orange; good friends, Wanda Hadnot of Orange, Edna Malveaux of Jasper, and Beverly Winbush also of Orange; Reginald’s father, Larry Galloway, Sr. of Houston; and her best friend, Diane Cook and husband Richard of Orange.
Cremation will be under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home.
