She was a homemaker, wife and mother. Carolyn loved helping people. She always put everyone else first and always saw the good in people. She enjoyed fishing and boat riding. She loved her dog Chloe and taking care of any stray animal.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Carter of Vidor; son, Corey Carter of Vidor; daughter, Courtney Carter of Vidor; brother, Stephen Louviere of Vidor and sister, Diana Bise of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Mary Louviere; brother, Donald Louviere and sister, Linda St. Cyr.
