Walline Rae “Jackie” Winfrey Haley, 84, of Orange, passed away on August 6, 2017, in Orange.
Jackie’s wish was that no service be held. The family will celebrate her life at a later date with a family picnic at Turner Cemetery in Bridge City.
Born in Orange, Texas, on October 20, 1932, she was the daughter of Richard Ray Winfrey and Lela (Turner) Winfrey. Jackie loved everybody and her house was always open to anyone. She had an infectious smile and was always laughing. She kept her humor through her illness until the end.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Richard Turner Winfrey.
She is survived by her children, Teri Duos and husband, John, Dean Haley and wife, Peggy, Don Haley and wife, Donna, and Ricky Haley; 12 grandchildren, Chris Duos, Jody Haley and wife, Lin, Jason Haley and wife, Jo, Cheri Tapp, Jennifer Haley, Crystal Houston and husband, Jeff, Ray Haley, Nick Haley, Chris Haley and wife, Misty, Donnie Haley, Rachel Stone and husband, Daniel, and Danyielle Haley; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and three dogs.
