Terianne Chesson, 54, of Orange, passed away after a year long battle with gall bladder cancer, on July 25, 2017.

A memorial visitation will begin at 12 P.M., Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange, followed by a memorial service, starting at 2:00 P.M.

Born in Orange, Texas, on January 1, 1963, she was the daughter of Gerald Watkins and Mitzi (Roach) Cannon. Teri was a beloved hairstylist for many years and loved every single one of her customers. She was friendly and outgoing, and never met a stranger. Teri never turned down an adventure, was very spontaneous, and had many talents, including crafting and writing. Her kids and grandkids were her world, and she was also a very loving sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mitzi Cannon.

She is survived by her children, Brooke Breaux and husband, Dustin, of Bridge City, TX, and Cole Chesson of Bridge City, TX; four grandchildren, Slayde Barker, Lucy Breaux, Vada Breaux, and Silver Chesson; father, Gerald Watkins; siblings, Tami Kennedy and husband, Chris; step-siblings, Susan Cannon, and Jennifer Cannon; nieces, Megan Crow and husband, James, and Emma Cannon; nephews, Chris Kennedy and wife, Melinda, and Josh Wester and wife, Sarah; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family would like to thank Southeast Texas Hospice for all their care and kindness.
