Robert "Bobby" Daniel Burroughs

Robert “Bobby” Daniel Burroughs, 61, of Vidor, Texas, passed away on November 19, 2014, at Harbor Hospital in Beaumont.

A memorial service will be 11:00 am, Monday, November 24, 2014, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Brother Sherman West of The Anchor Church in Beaumont.

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, on September 3, 1953, Robert was the son of Willie Clyde Burroughs and Gertrude (Smith) Burroughs. Robert enjoyed going fishing and hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by the mother of his children and caregiver, Wenonah Burroughs; sons, Earnest Williams of Jacksonville, Texas, Robert Burroughs, Jr. of Vidor, Texas, and Daniel Burroughs and wife, Heather of Vidor, Texas; his grandchildren, Kasi Stephens, Courtney Martin, Jacob Burroughs, Corbin Burroughs, Garrett Burroughs, Megan Burroughs, Greyson Burroughs, and Makayla Burroughs; his brothers, Jerry Burroughs, Mike Burroughs, and Dan Burroughs; and his sisters, Judy Delarossa and Louise Burroughs.
