Kieran "K-9" Earl Gillingham

Kieran “K-9” Earl Gillingham, 53, of Kountze, Texas, former resident of Orange, Texas, passed away on October 27, 2017, in Beaumont, Texas.

Born in Victorville, California, on March 3, 1964, he was the son of Arthur George Gillingham and Annie (Gaule) Gillingham. Kieran proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He worked as a painter for Orange Casket Company. Kieran loved spending time in Galveston, polishing his car, listening to music, and was always on his phone. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Annie Gillingham; uncle and aunt, Bob and Aiko Gillingham; step-daughters, Theresa Gail Reeves-Brand and Stormy Lynn Hunt; and his step-granddaughter, Heather Dawn Brand.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Beverly Ann Gillingham; step-daughter, Alisha Ann Hunt, of Arizona; step-grandson, Kenny Brand and wife Christina, of Bridge City; step-great-grandchildren, Jessica Lyn Brand, Faith Dawn Brand, and Kenneth Ray, IV Brand; and his brother, Chris Gillingham, of Beaumont.

Kieran’s family would like to dedicate the song “Dancing in the Sky” to his memory.

Cremation is under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
