Funeral Home Facilities

Facilities and the Funeral Ceremony

Our facilities include a refreshment room, chapel, visiting rooms and offices. We provide an extensive library of musical selections and a professional keyboardist for use in our facility as part of the funeral service. We will provide staff to usher, distribute service folders, conduct the service, serve as parking lot attendants, transport floral arrangements, and direct the committal service at the cemetery.

Other Types of Services

Our facilities and staff are available for memorial services. A memorial service is a funeral service held in our facility or your place of worship without the deceased. Our funeral home will provide staff to usher, distribute service folders, conduct the service, serve as parking lot attendants, transport floral arrangements, and direct the committal service at the cemetery.

Other Locations

Our staff will arrange funeral services at other facilities or locations such as your place of worship. In accordance with the rituals and protocols of the family's church, we will provide all necessary funeral equipment to conduct a dignified service. Our staff will be provided to usher, distribute service folders, conduct the service, serve as parking lot attendants, transport floral arrangements, and direct the committal service at the cemetery.

For graveside services, we will provide all necessary funeral equipment to conduct a dignified service, transport floral arrangements and direct the committal service at the cemetery.

Transportation

Distance

Our staff is available 24 hours a day to respond to the needs of a family at the time of a death and to transfer your loved one to the funeral home. Transportation charges are those which occur within a 30-mile radius of the funeral home. Additional transportation fees will be assessed per vehicle, per mile for services that are beyond the 30-mile radius.

Vehicles

A funeral coach (hearse) is used to transport the casket to the cemetery and the family is transported in a limousine. Because dealing with a loved one's death is difficult, many families find that using a limousine not only offers convenience, it also assures timely arrival for the service and reduces another stressful situation. A comfortable and spacious vehicle, accommodating six adults, is available to transport pallbearers to the cemetery.

A sedan is used to lead the funeral procession, and as a courtesy, the minister is invited to ride in this vehicle to and from the cemetery. This vehicle can also accommodate additional pallbearers or family members.

A flower car/utility vehicle is used to transport floral arrangements to the church and cemetery. After the service, selected floral arrangements will be delivered to your home or location of choice.
