Aftercare and Grief Resources

After Care Services

Our interest and care for the families we serve does not end with the funeral service. We recognize the significant changes and feelings of loss that families experience after the death of a loved one. Therefore, we provide monthly contact with our families through newsletters and personal contacts. We provide "Memories & Miracles," a Christmas program, for families to recognize their special needs and provide comfort and support. We also conduct educational seminars and classes concerning death and bereavement.

HOPE & Healing

HOPE & Healing is an eight-week interactive seminar especially designed to help people who have recently lost a loved one deal with the grief that follows a death in the family. These are very special evenings that will offer support and encouragement as you make your personal journey through this very difficult time.

You may feel alone and isolated in your grief but there are others who understand and may be able to help . . . and for others, you may be their source of encouragement.

We are so pleased to have Joy Partney Reagan, a licensed master social worker experienced in grief counseling leading these important HOPE & Healing sessions. They are open to everyone and we encourage you to bring a friend or family member.

Designed as an eight-week series, you may attend as many of these evenings as you like and start whenever it is convenient for you. They are conducted in an open, informal and friendly setting - and there is no charge to participate.
